- Watermelon tea 40 sachets for 16 oz bottles or 20 sachets for 8oz bottles
- 2 Brew Tea with 16oz bottles or 1 brew tea packet for 8 oz bottles (brew tea can last up to 2 weeks)

I took it in the early morning before work and did not feel tired throughout the day, I felt hungry by about 12 befcause it did not feel as hungry as I usualy would in the early morning, and now I like taking them when i feel too tired.
